Meet our Dentists

Carolyn Norton, D.M.D.
Creating smiles inside and out is why Dr. Carolyn Norton comes to work. She loves helping her patients achieve oral health and confidence through their time together. Dr. Norton joined Konikoff Dentistry because she was attracted to the practice’s positive energy and team-based environment. Dr. Norton was born in Hartford, Conn., and grew up in Stuart, Fla. She earned her B.S. in neuroscience from the University of Miami and her D.M.D. from the University of Florida. She completed a general practice residency at the University of Chicago before finally settling in Virginia.
Fusing her love for dentistry and writing, Dr. Norton served two years as a national contributing editor for the American Student Dental Association. She remains involved in organized dentistry through the Virginia Dental Association and contributes to the American Dental Association’s New Dentist Blog. Dr. Norton loves to try new restaurants and go running in her spare time. She also loves the beach weather in South Hampton Roads, which she enjoys with plenty of sunscreen.

Estelito “E.B.” Santos, Jr. D.D.S.

E.B. enjoys the positive and professional atmosphere here and appreciates the team approach of all the doctors, hygienists, office staff and lab personnel. He and his beautiful wife, Beth, live in the Great Bridge/Chesapeake area and are truly excited about being here and starting a family.
